CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and No Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible via my cell phone number! If you no show an appointment (no call to inform me of you being unable to make your scheduled appointment) you will be required to pay 50% of the previously scheduled service to book a new appointment. Going forward I may also require a 50% deposit to secure future appointments. This is a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. If you no show twice, I reserve the right to no longer allow you to schedule appointments. Same day cancelations (cancelling less than 24 hours in advance) are required to pay 30% of the appointment booked! If cancelling less than 24 hours in advance becomes a frequent issue: cancel 2 appointments in a row, I will require a non-fundable, non-transferable deposit. Cancel 3 appointments in a row, I reserve the right to no longer allow you to make an appointment. Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, if you are past 15 minutes late, this is considered a no show. If you are going to be late, please let me know. I will do my best to still service you if you are late, BUT i can not guarantee that we can perform all services scheduled.
